In support of the University’s effort to provide a safe and healthy campus during the COVID-19 pandemic, access to University buildings is limited. Service providers, vendors and individuals conducting business with a University office/department must only access on-campus locations to perform necessary functions and such access must be approved in advance by the relevant University dean, director, or unit leader (or their designee). Functions and business interactions that can be conducted remotely should be.
Vendors, services providers, and individuals conducting approved and scheduled business on campus are requested to complete and submit the COVID-19 Safety Certification below to acknowledge and certify they and all of their representatives will follow the safety measures put in place by their organization and Syracuse University to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. For those making daily or frequent visits to campus, the form need only be submitted once. For those making one time or occasional visits to campus, the form should be submitted prior to each visit.
