Hearing Tests (Audiogram)

All personnel enrolled in the University’s Hearing Conservation Program (HCP) must have an annual hearing test (audiogram). Audiograms are administered at:

Syracuse University 
Gebbie Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic
621 Skytop Road

To schedule an audiometric test, click on the appropriate department, print and follow the instructions on the form.
