Environmental Health and Safety Services (EHSS) serves as the University’s primary liaison with local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulatory agencies such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), United States Environmental Protection Agency, New York State Department of Health, and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
Anyone at the University who has been contacted or receives a notice from OSHA or another environmental, health or safety regulatory agency, or is involved in an incident, injury, spill or concern that may require reporting to OSHA or another regulatory agency, should immediately contact the Environmental Health and Safety Services
