All personnel that generates hazardous waste at Syracuse University are required to receive Hazardous Waste Management training. The general Hazardous Waste Management training is an in-person, classroom training presented by Environmental Health and Safety Services. The general training covers requirements and procedures for properly managing, labeling, and storing University generated hazardous waste in accordance with State and Federal regulations and University best practices.
