Trouble logging in? Review these helpful hints
If you’re having trouble logging in, especially if you’re using a phone, please double-check that you’re entering capital letters and punctuation characters correctly.
To Log in you need two things:
SU NetID (also known as User Name)
- Your NetID is your SU email address without the @syr.edu
- Example: jrreid@syr.edu. This persons NetID is jrreid
Alternatively, you can look up your SU NetID at ITS’s self assist website
SU Pasword
- If you don’t know your password you can retrieve it at ITS’s self assist website or call them at 315.443.2677
